I order a dress & havent received a confirmation when are they going to deliver it & its for a special occasion & I need it by the 28th of this month

I ordered an item a year and a half ago and didn’t receive it. Because the shipping times are soooo long, I had forgotten about it until I was looking at my previous orders and noticed it.
I was offered to choose another item of my choice, email my choice, size, color, etc. in 3 days.
I did that and I've heard nothing back. I've sent 3 other emails to verify that they had received them and still no response. I don't feel that I should be expected to respond in a reasonable time and not expect the same from Xpluswear! I also ordered a suit.
The suit that I received was not the one that was pictured in my order.
The first photo is what I ordered and how it was pictured. The other is what I received.

Ordered a dress that looks nothing like the advertised photo on the website,it looks like a cheap Halloween costume knockoff
Several emails, no response. Went to a website that charges a fee to speak with someone to supposedly help resolve the issue. This Xplus wear is a fraudulent website with very cheap products and false advertising.

All items was returned, still waiting for full refund.
Unless they improve on the quality of their merchandise and a shorter delivery time (a month) is way to long, this is information they don’t disclose when you order. The month to receive and any returns must be pre approved.
I constantly contacted them thru out the process with my questions and emails being ignored. After a month I contacted to see when I could expect the order, no response.
On December 15th I received the order which was pure trash. I emailed with all the requested information, pictures with order information and explanation.
At this time they stated I sent the information from a different email which was corrected and now I have not heard from them after submitting three request for return since December 15th.
This company has been very hard to deal with, the clothes are very deceiving and most likely this will become a legal battle since Im still waiting for them to respond.

They dont do what they say, 2 months failing to refund
they dont do what they say, bought 2 outfits one was sent and was told to wait for the other one as it was not in stock. l had already waited long enough and decided to cancel one not sent.
its 2 months and they failed to refund my money.

They can have a way for you to contact someone to let him know when your order will be shipped it's been days and I haven't been able to reach anybody to ask questions or anything it's been very very hard so that's a big problem when you spending money and expecting something especially before December is when I need the outfit

Thank you for your suggestion however, when there is a merchant dispute, the credit card company used, will handle your issue and have charges reversed. I was told whenever you have credit card payment issues the bank or credit union will fight the issue for you, if you cannot resolve, They will file fraud, unauthorized payment, deceiving the customer.
